Apple Fritters:

2 Granny Smith apples (peeled, cut into small pieces, with moisture blotted away)

Combine DRY INGREDIENTS:
	2   C flour
	1/3 C sugar
	1   T baking powder
	1   t salt
	1   t cinnimon
	1/4 t nutmeg

Combine Wet Ingredients:
	2     eggs
	2   T melted butter
	3/4 C apple cider

Toss the apples into the dry mix, then add wet.

Drop into 350 degree oil in 3/4 C amount.  Take a spoon and flatten each ball some, which will allow even cooking 2-3 minutes per side.

Glaze:
	2   C Confectioners Sugar
	1/4 C Apple Cider
	1/2 t Cinnimon
	1/4 t Nutmeg

Add 1 T of glaze on each fritter.
