Cream Cheese Cake  	 
 						 
Crust:
	1 1/4 C.	Graham cracker crumbs
	2 T. 		melted butter
	2 T. 		Sugar

Filling:	
			(all these at room temp)
	1 lb (2 - 8oz)	Cream Cheese 
	1 C.		Sugar
	3 		eggs
	1 t. 		Vanilla
	16 oz.		Sour Cream

Butter spring form pan. Sprinkle 2 T. crumbs on sides of pan. 
Mix crumbs, butter & sugar pack firmly on pan bottom.
Beat Cream Cheese til fluffy.  Slowly add sugar, eggs (1 at a time)
& beat.  Add vanilla and sour cream.  Bake @ 375 for 20 minutes.
Shut off oven, DO NOT OPEN DOOR!!  Leave in the oven with door closed
for 1 hour.  Cool and serve (refrigerate)
