Pineapple-Onion marinade

1 small can pineapple juice

1 T soy sauce

1 T rice wine vinegar

2 T  Jim Beam

1 T Dry Vermuth

1/2 a small onion puree'd or diced finely

onion powder

s&p

2 T brown sugar

couple dash's Worcestershire

 

 

mix these ingredients and marinate a pork tenderloin with it.  My measurements are after the fact guesses.

Reserve the extra marinade, and reduce it a little in a pan, which becomes a nice sauce.

Serve this with rice, and use the sauce to top it.  

Freezes well.
