This dish is grilled chicken and veggies served on a bed of rice.
Do the cutting prep first, it takes time to cut everything up and skewer it....
start some plain rice cooking....

prep the sauce by combining and heating these:
3/4 cup of Heinze 57 sauce
1 stick of butter
1/2 teaspoon of A1 sauce
(Microwave enough to melt the butter and make a sauce.  -set aside.)

The following are to be skewered and grilled, so cut in large chunks, 
or leave whole as appropriate for your skewers:

1 lb of boneless chicken  (3/4 inch cubes?  keep chicken chunks on skewers by themselves)
1 container of mushrooms (skewer whole, mushrooms on skewers by themselves)
1 or 2 onions
1 green pepper
1 container of cherry tomatoes  (skewer whole)
1 or 2 medium zucchini

Coat the veggies with oil or butter and some garlic salt or seasoning salt.  
-Don't overcook, especially the mushrooms!
If different skewers are cooking at different rates, 
just take the early finishers and keep them warm in the oven on low heat.

When all the grilling is done, de-skewer the veggies and chicken into a big bowl.  
Pour the sauce all over, and toss everything till well coated.  

-Scoop and Serve over the warm rice.
