Uncle Daves grilled SALMON STEAKS

 

Mix a marinade from equal parts of:

1.       soy sauce

2.       oil   (plain or sesame)

3.       bourbon

marinade for 30 minutes or so, and then place the salmon, skin side down on tinfoil and pour the marinade over.  I fold up the edges of the foil, so that it holds the liquid marinade.  Grill until done. The crispy edges are the best.  A piece of hickory on the fire will add a great flavor to the fish.
